Yes, it does! BUT, If you use any "G" RYZEN CPU, the #1 PCIe 4.0, M.2 SLOT will drop to GEN 3.0 !! Found this out only after testing why my ADATA XPG S70 2280 SSD couldn't get Read/Write speeds of 7000MBs, only half! Great board also got the same CPU, Vega 8 graphics are a joke. Bought a factory nVidia 1650 and get 100fps @ 1080P--any game.

it is on it's own PCIE 4 channel. It should accept any nvme m.2 pcie 4 or earlier.
