if i use m2 drive do I loose and Sata ports?

well, a DVD drive is SATA....and (not this motherboard) but other Asus motherboards I have had no problems.
I don't see an issue.
you might lose ONE Sata (I believe I saw that in the manual)

Does motherboard support i9-9900k processor?

You need to go to Asus website and look under Support for this model.  They do note it supports Core i7/i9 Coffee Lake processors of Intel's 8th and 9th generations.  That said, the VRM on this board is probably not well suited for such a high end processor.

Does this MB support Xeon E-22xx processors?
