Will this support an intel i9 10850k 10 core processor? I’m new to building PCs and want to know if I could use this board for the i9 I have chosen.

I don't see why it wouldn't. Both this board and the 10850k are both 1200

I see the Gundam splash screen on boot. Does it have sound effects on boot as well?

Will it run 4k at 120HZ?

That mostly depends on your Graphics Card... if you're just using integrated graphics from your CPU, no, it will not be able to run 4K @ 120Hz.
