Does this case have hdmi capability for the use of an HDTV as a monitor?

If you are referring to that the case has its own separate hdmi connector than no. However, most cases don't have its own special hdmi connector (that I am aware of). That being said the graphics cards that I utilized along with the motherboard give me the option for hdmi monitors. Primarily my video cards have display port connections that can use adapters for HDMI (its for an AMD FIREPRO W7000). In other words you need to look into video cards and their connection outputs for hdmi capability and not the case itself. Try and do some more research.

is the front panel removable to allow blowing out the dust from the front panel intake fans? if not how would it be best to do this? thanks.

I've opened both side trays and took out all hdd box (make sure to disconnect everything first) but I wasn't able to take them out, there are two screws that seem to hold the bottom front panel of this case (from the inside on both sides of front panel), but it still was holding so idk, you can at least blow the dust away and clean the blades decently. Make sure also to oil the front fans (just peel off the sticker and use some wd-40 or smh similar). It'll save a lot of nerves because the placement of these fans is a pain..

The covers for the drive’s part on the side panels can swing open for easy installation. Trouble free installation with innovative designBoth the left and right side panels have separate covers for the drive’s part and the motherboard part. The left and right side covers for the drive’s part can swing open for easy drive installation and maintenance. The front cover for the 5.25” drive bays can also swing open for easy ODD usage.
