Will this work with my TV?
This transmitter works with TVs that have OPTICAL (SPDIF) or AUX audio output and are connected directly to the device. It is NOT compatible with HDMI-only TVs, HDMI ARC / eARC audio systems, or TVs that route audio through AV receivers.
Can I connect two Bluetooth headphones at the same time?
Yes, you can connect up to two Bluetooth headphones simultaneously to listen to TV audio together. Both headphones share the same audio source.
Can I use a soundbar and Bluetooth headphones at the same time?
When using an OPTICAL soundbar, audio can play through both the soundbar and Bluetooth headphones via Optical passthrough. HDMI ARC / eARC passthrough is NOT supported.
Does this work with hearing aids?
No. This product will NOT work with hearing aids. If you have Auracast hearing aids and want to listen to TV audio, please choose Avantree Oasis Aura, which is designed specifically for hearing aid use.
How do I control the volume?
If your Bluetooth headphones support volume control, you can adjust the volume directly on the headphones. If not, you can easily adjust the volume using the buttons on the transmitter or the included remote control.
