How to mesure your ear with water-bottle cap for small ears

If your ear length measures less than2.5 inches / 6 cm, we recommend the Small-Medium version of the Resolve earbuds. Use the image guide to measure from the top to the bottom of your ear to find the most accurate fit - giving you a better listening experience all day long.

If your ear measures more than 2.5 inches / 6 cm from top to bottom, choose the Large version of Resolve for optimal comfort. This size is ideal for users with larger ears or those who find standard earbuds too tight or painful after prolonged use.

I hear buzzing or cannot hear clearly. What should I do?
This is usually caused by the speaker not sitting close enough to the ear. Please check the wearing position and adjust the ear hook so the driver aligns with your ear canal.
The earbuds feel small. Are they the right size for me?
This product is optimized for Small–Medium ears. If you prefer a looser fit or have a larger ear shape, you may experience reduced comfort or sound performance.
My device does not recognize the earbuds. Why?
Some phones and computers may not support inline controls or microphone functions through a 3.5mm port. Audio playback will still work, but control functions may vary by device model.
