How does monocular magnify an image? How many times does this monocular magnify?
Adasion uses 20mm prisms combined with four objective lenses and four eyepieces, with FMC coated, to achieve the ultimate in handheld monoculars in terms of optical structure, bringing true and clear vision with 12X magnification.
What is the field of view and visibility level of the telescope?
Adasion monoculars are equipped with 21mm eyepieces and 56mm wide-angle objective lenses for a more comfortable and larger field of view. 325 feet/1000 yards of large field of view provides the best view for birdwatching and stargazing.
What should I do if I can't get my phone adapter to align?
Adasion upgraded cell phone adapter is suitable for most of phones in the market, please refer to the installation video, align the center hole of your phone adapter with the main camera of the phone to show the photo.
What if the product is damaged or missing accessories when I receive it?

Why does my product wobble and become unstable when placed on a tripod?
Please note that tripod has five stops. Please refer to the installation video, make sure all three tripods are in the same height gear, and align the hole on the bottom of the monocular with the screws on the tripod platform to secure the monocular.
