We cannot get this connected to the MAC.  Does anyone know how to make this happen?

You have to download the software from aver media website. Once you do, REC, recording app for LGP, will be available to use on Mac. If you want to stream using OSX, OBS software would be your best option. You could also use windows via bootcamp in order to take advantage of the premium xsplit membership.

Question 2

Is this device the same or effectively the same as the AverMedia Live Gamer Portable (The C875)? I know this product says Live Gamer Portable in the device, but if it is the same device than how come this one is selling for less, even though it has a graphic on top, which in my experience usually drives the price upward and not downward.
I was looking at the C875, so when I see this below it, also having Live Gamer Portable in the title for a lower price - you can see why I'd inquire about this product.

I went on the actual site and it looks like compared to the original, there is no difference other than (1. Obvious USF4 theme. (2. USF4 also comes with a full year licence to Xsplit pro, on top of the 3 month trial. (3. this isn't a difference in product, but the page for the original model has all the firmware updates while the USF4's page does not, which just confuses me. After comparing the information on the site for these products, that they have no difference in function. I'm still lost as to why their is such a dramatic price difference between the two items, my guess is that the USF4 might have cheaper parts, hopefully not though, that price is really good. Sorry for the long answer but, I just looked on twitter, apparently this "deal" has been going on sense November. I really want this product too.
