1.Do not click “Connect” when the phone shows “Not your earbud”, otherwise the pairing may fail. Please wait until the phone shows “Earbuds” and then click “Connect”.

2.If you are already paired, press the sync button to exit pairing mode. Otherwise, the case will automatically exit pairing mode 120 seconds later, but the headphones may show that they are not connected. (Just click the headphone name on the Bluetooth page to connect), and the battery percentage display may jump up and down during this automatic termination process.

3.If one of the earbuds has no sound when paired, just put both earbuds into the case, close the lid, take them out after a few seconds and they will work fine.

4. The margin of error is 5% for the case battery percentage displayed on the phone.
