It features a 42 mm black DLC-coated steel case with a deep black dial, its central guilloche work reminiscent of BMW's radiator grilles. It has silver-tone and luminescent wide baton hands with applied & faceted indices as hour markers, both illuminated by micro tritium gas tubes. Complementary features include a BMW-signed screw-down crown, a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, a BMW roundel emblem adjacent to the beveled date aperture at the 3 o'clock position, and speedometer gauge-inspired orange hands (central seconds/power reserve), minute markers, and power reserve indicator at the 7 o'clock position. It is fitted with a brown leather strap and secured by a stainless steel signed buckle. This watch has an exhibition caseback featuring the BMW roundel motif, showcasing the BALL caliber RR1702-C.
