If I buy TWO kits to fill out all four RAM slots, will they work as intended or is there no guarantee for compatibility? Cant seem to find a 4 stick kit for these

I ordered two kits at the same time, and they work great with each other. The serial numbers are very close to each other. Ideally you'd want all your DRAM chips to be of the same configuration and parts, and this can change over time. But even if they were different manufacturers there isn't necessarily a big impact if they're of similar speeds.

Question 2

How tall is this ram? I'm trying to figure out if I can have an 240mm AIO top-mounted in a iCUE 220T RGB case.

It isn't low-profile, but it isn't as tall as some other premium modules. There isn't any difference in height between RGB and non-RGB Ballistix versions either. I was able to install this RAM with a 280mm Corsair radiator in my Corsair 4000D on both Asus and Gigabyte AM4 boards. It's almost touching but works!
