So the page lists this memory as DDR3, but the voltage makes me think it is DDR3L? Could someone please confirm if I have a laptop that only accepts DDR3L ram if this kit is compatible?

Yes it is DDR3L but I wouldn't recommend this RAM . I was only able to achieve 1600mhz speed on my laptop due to the BIOS settings being locked, which mostly all OEMs do. Despite having a laptop capable of running up to 1866mhz RAM this set only runs at 1600mhz because that's what it's standard jedec settings are set to. The XMP profile is 1866mhz but I do not know of very many laptops capable of using XMP profiles. Unless you're certain your laptop can run XMP profiles I would recommend saving money and going with the 1600mhz version. Or if you really want 1866mhz and your laptop supports it I would recommend one of the Kingston sets that run 1866mhz jedec profiles.
