Mac systems only support screen mirroring (duplicating) with this dock. Use a Windows PC for extended displays.
Is it compatible with my device (e.g., Nintendo Switch)?
Not all devices are supported. Confirmed not compatible with Nintendo Switch. Check your device's USB-C port supports DP video output.
Why does my laptop charge slowly, and why does it show the ‘Slow charging’ message?
1. Use a high-wattage power adapter. Make sure the dock is connected to a power adapter with sufficient power. Usually, the original adapter of the computer needs a charger of 65W above.
2. Make sure your laptop's drivers and firmware are up to date
Where is the Ethernet (RJ45) port?
This model does not include an Ethernet port, SD card reader, or audio jack.
Does this hub get hot?
