Why is the USB-C hub not recognized?
-To use the USB-C hub, please make sure your laptop's Type-C port is Thunderbolt 3/4 or supports DP Alt mode.
- Please charge your laptop via the PD port of the USB-C hub before use.
About the USB C Hub PD port:
Both USB-C ports do not support video output.
The PD port (charging icon) does not support data transmission.
The USB-C port (data icon) does not support charging.
If your laptop is charging slowly or does not charge at all when connected to the PD port, here are some solutions:
If the power of the original Type-C charger is 45W or less, we recommend that you use a Type-C charger with 65W or more when connecting to our hub.
If there is no screen display when connecting to the HDMI port, please try the following solutions:
- Please check if your laptop's USB-C port supports display output.
- Check the HDMI cable connection.
- Try replacing it with another HDMI cable.
-Please connect PD 65W or higher PD USB C charger.
Does the USB-C hub generate heat during operation?
The product can generate heat during operation, but heat generation below 52 degrees is normal.
The product works within the normal temperature range and returns to normal temperature after charging is complete.
