Why is memory card designed instead of micro memory card?
Because the camera is used outdoors, it is very difficult to retrieve the micro memory card if accidentally dropped into the grass, so the standard memory card design is used to make it easier to retrieve.
How to view recorded videos and pictures?
There are three ways: 1. The camera directly previews; 2. Use the card reader to view on the computer; 3 Connect the camera with a cable to view it on your computer.
Can't boot up? Screen countdown can't enter Settings?
ON-TEST-OFF is a 3-section slider key; The default key is OFF; Slide to "TEST" to enter the setting screen. After sliding to "ON" the countdown is over, the screen will be black and the shooting will enter the working state.
Why do some versions of TC30 have green indicators and some versions only have red indicators?
TC30 This product is from the early 1080P, gradually upgraded to 2K, to the current 4K, this process has changed the definition of the indicator. Among them, the 1080P and 2K have green PIR indicators. 4K is only red PIR indicator light.
Why can't the battery compartment of the camera be loaded with rechargeable batteries?
Product standard AA nickel-metal hydride battery (Ni-MH), due to the rechargeable battery brand, the size difference is large, not all can be adapted. When purchasing, ensure that the 1.5V rechargeable battery is used to prevent abnormal function.
