LOADING...

The beyerdynamic AMIRON 200 are open-ear true wireless earbuds with secure ear hooks, designed for runners and outdoor athletes who want music while staying aware of their surroundings.

Recommended For

  • Runners and outdoor exercisers who want music while keeping ambient sounds audible; the open-ear design and ear hooks are positioned for movement and outdoor awareness.
  • People who find in-ear tips uncomfortable or dislike a sealed ear canal, but still want earbuds secured with hooks for workouts or long listening sessions.
  • Active listeners who wear earbuds for extended stretches and value fewer charging breaks; Tom’s Guide found them comfortable for workouts and desk use, with long rated battery life.
  • Desk-based listeners who want to stay aware of nearby conversation and switch between a computer and phone; a review reports multipoint connection for two devices.

Real-World Use Scenarios

  • On a city or trail run, the ear-hook fit stays in place while the open-ear design lets runners hear nearby traffic and other surroundings alongside their music.
  • During gym workouts or HIIT, the lightweight ear hooks provide a stable fit for most movement; one reviewer noticed some shifting during HIIT, but said it did not disrupt the workout.
  • For a workday at a desk, the open fit can stay comfortable through extended listening, and multipoint lets users switch between two connected devices; the microphones are better suited to occasional calls than frequent or noisy work calls.
  • On outdoor walks or errands, users can listen to music or podcasts without fully blocking ambient sounds; at higher volumes, nearby people may also hear some audio.
  • For a long day of listening or travel between places, the earbuds can cover extended stretches between charges, while the case provides additional playback time; their open design offers little isolation from surrounding noise.
