Based on the PCI-e interface, the BFG Tech BFGR76256GTOCE Video Card has a GeForce 7600 GPU at its core for the ultimate gaming experience. Like all BFG products, this card, too, is overclocked. Based on an NVIDIA manufactured chipset, it has a clock speed of 580MHz (versus 560MHz standard) and 12 pixel pipelines! Its has a whopping 128-bit 256 MB GDDR3 memory running at 1450MHz (versus 1400MHz standard)! All this and its ability to support ShaderModel 3.0, translates into ultra-realistic visual effects, dynamic lighting, amazing sound, and excellent vision blur. As it is compliant with DirectX 9, OpenGL 2.0, and Windows 2000/XP, it ensures compatibility with all new games.
The card incorporates several of NVIDIA's proprietary technologies which combine to help unleash the true potential of any game. This card is SLI ready, allowing the simultaneous running of more than one GPU. Performance is enhanced by the unique Superscalar GPU architecture. All of this is cooled by a heatsink and fan combo, located on top of the main GPU. The card is also Windows Vista ready, and supports the HDTV format.
