With all of the wires being clear(silver?) how can you tell which wires are +12V, Ground, and Other?

It will need to be tested for correct rotation so the blade spins & pushes air according to the arrow on one of the 4 sides of the housing. The wrong polarity won't hurt momentarily. The blade might not even turn if it's hooked up backwards. If it turns the wrong way just reverse the wires.

my current case fans screws are 3.25 inches apart and i was wondering if these are the same or is this fan too big for my case?
