Can it charge all smartphones?

Our car mount can ONLY charge:

1.iPhone 12-17 series Directly.

2.iPhone 12-17 series with Magsafe Case=2mm (Not Included)

*Not fit solid metal plate because our product's magnet is circle.

Why its charging not continuous?

1.with Unofficial MagSafe Cases.

2.with Magnet/Metal on the back of phone, it will trigger FOD(Light will also flicker). Remove the case and retry.

3.Single Port Output is less than 18W. Please try another adapter and cable with higher power.

Is adhesive suitable for all dashboards?

1.for 100% Smooth & Flat & Clean surfaces such as Faux Leather, Plastic, Glass.

2.Not for Genuine Leather, Textured, Dirty and Curved surface.

*Note: Heat can affect the adhesive properties. Must avoid direct sunlight and keep the car interior cool.

Why is charging so slow?

To achieve reach fast charging, you need:

1. 18W+ single port power input

2. Magsafe case =2mm (no metal)

3. Phone may slow charging at 70%+ (normal) or when it’s hot.
