1. Why does the indicator switch between "Charging Indicator" and "Battery Indicator" while charging and discharging?

The charging power of a laptop or other high-powered electrical equipment will fluctuate after it is fully charged. When the power exceeds the output detection threshold, it stops recharging. We recommend unplugging your devices after fully charged.

2. When in portable charger mode where 3 ports are used simultaneously, why can't high-powered devices be charged?

When in portable charger mode, the power of all output ports is only 5V (18W). Most laptops or tablets have certain requirements for charging power, so there is no way to charge them.

3. When in wall charger mode where 3 ports are used, why can't the C2 and A ports charge high-powered devices?

When in wall charger mode, the C1 port allocates a fixed power of 45W and is compatible with most devices. The C2 and A ports have an output of 5V when used at the same time (15W shared).
