The P183 V3 Front ports is actually 1x USB3.0 and 2x USB2.0. Can Newegg update the listing with the correct specifications?

The P183 V3 I received last month has three (3) USB 3.0 ports on the front of the case and uses internal header-connector cables now.  There are two internal cables (one is a double cable for the top two ports) that come from the ports to be used to connect to headers on the MB.   Each of the two cables have pigtail ends--a USB 2.0 header connector and a USB 3.0 header connector with a label indicating to use either the USB 2.0 or the 3.0 connector but not both onthe same cable.  On my MB, I had one USB 3.0 header and three USB 2.0 headers.  I attached the double cable's 3.0 connector to the 3.0 header and the other cable's 2.0 connector to a 2.0 header.  Now, I have the top two ports as 3.0 and the bottom port as 2.0.

I have an older antec P183 case that has removable dust filters inside the hard bay access doors and drive bay open slots. The pictures on this one don't appear to have that any more is that the case?

that is correct, the removable dust filters are gone.  But the doors are very similar, and you can press a release near the hinge to take them off.  You can then wash the doors (with integral screen) and then reinstall.  The face plates for the open bays also have integral screens you can remove, wash and reinstall.

What would differences be from P183 purchased new in Jan 2010 and this P183 V3 model?

Although I did not own the previous version you had, but I would assume that this newer version manages cables better and has support for SSD's (Solid State Drive) mounting, and it also supports water cooling.  All in all it is a better case, but then again the case is just a shell for the parts that do the real work.

Are any of the drive bays easily removable?

Yes!  I bought 2 of the P-180 cases in the early 2000's.  This is a great case built on that same design.

If you look at the picture of the divided upper lower chamber structure there is a drive bay in the bottom of the case.  That bay will hold 4 vertical mounted drives and removes with a knurl bolt and pull ring.  Slides straight out the side of the case provides easy access to the drive connections.  The same with knurl bolt and a pull ring for another horizontal drive bay just above the Power Supply divider, that bay will also hold 4.  Then there is a mount point for three 5 inch drives or brackets for smaller form factor items like Solid State Drives.  Air flow is one of the great features of this case.  Those top 3 5 inch slots are best installed before the Motherboard.  A little planning means your drives stay cool and there are filters to keep the case much cleaner as it ages.
