I'm looking to build with the new RTX 2080 Ti. I'm considering running two in SLI. Would I be able to fit both in this case?

Should be no problem if the cards are dual fan, even with a front 240mm radiator. Triple fan cards would fit if there is no rad, or only a 120mm rad behind the top fan in the front chamber (I did test fit a triple fan GTX 960 with no clearance issues)

Can you fit a reservoir in this case and do a custom water loop system?

Newegg says that this case can fit a 200mm psu. The description says 190mm. Which is it? I got a 200 mm PSU and I need it to fit.

Are the RGB fans addressable and are they Aura synch compatible?

According to the manufacturer's product page, this unit uses 3-pin 5v headers for its RGB hardware, not the proprietary Aura Sync headers found on many ASUS boards.  While some ASUS boards do support 3-pin 5V RGB headers, you may want to consult your motherboard manual first.
