is it on ear or over the ear, the title says on ear and description is over the ear. can you clarify please?

Over the ear... However there are MUCH better quality headphones in this price range. These are trendy overhyped headphones. They were purchased for a 18 year old.

When I look at this item, the description says "On Ear" and when I look at the product overview tab it says "Over Ear". Which is it? KK

These headpones completly cover the ears.
