Can you plug in these headphones as well if you don't have bluetooth capabilities on a desktop PC?

Yes they do but if you cannot use the Bluetooth option now or in the near future then get the wired comfortquiet 25 they are cheaper and other brands. Why pay for the Bluetooth if you cannot use it. If you are planning to upgrade to a Bluetooth phone or laptop then get the 35. They are great to use and work very well

Are the ear pads replaceable?

I have used the headphones for just a couple of months, and not tried to replace the ear pads yet.  I found the ear pads listed under the Accessories page of the headphones, so I assume they are replaceable.

will it connect to bluetooth on computers? i want to make sure before i buy.

Yes, these headphones play nicely with computers - I personally have used them with MacBooks and iMac. Any Windows computer with Bluetooth should work the same.
