I apologize for what might be a silly question, but I am trying to understand all these amps and volts and not sure I'm doing it right. Can I use this to power EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2? I have one and the cord isn't quite long enough. This cord says it's rated at 10 amps and the 750 G2 says it has an input of 15 amps.

No, you will want to use a cord rated at 15A or higher for that power supply, likely a 14AWG. Using a cord rated for less amps than required could result in a fire.
