It is a standard lightning plug. Should work with iPhone 5 or later. Any of them with lightning style connectors as of early 2014.

Yes.  I have the iPhone 5 and my wife has the 5s and both work well with this cable.  The only issues I have had, had to do with an ac adapter I had the cable plugged into but the cable itself works just as good as the ones I have from Apple.

What's the warranty on this? The review indicates it breaks down a month or two of use.

I'm not sure about the warranty (it should be listed on the product page).  I've had 2 of these for about 6 months and they both work just fine. One just sits on a desk, but I use the second in small airplanes.  It gets thrown around a lot in my flight bag and in the plane, and it's holding up really well.

Question 5

How can this be advertised as MFI compatible, when Coboc is NOT on the list of Apple-approved MFI manufacturers?  This is very misleading.

Since this form prevents posting links to any sites, I cannot give you the link, but if you google to find the list of MFI/Apple manufaucturers this can easily be validated.

Works as MFI for me. I mean, I don't get a warning message when I plug it in. I think it's legit, or least appears so to the end user. It charges and syncs as advertised without annoying warnings, so who cares?

Hey I recently bought this cable.... I don't own a life proof bit it is the exact same thickness/ size of the original apple cable so if that works then so will this one, I hope that helps
