Question 1

The title says this is a fully backlit white LED keyboard, bt in the picture it seems to be partial red LED, so is the keyboard white or red backlit? Thanks!

It is red back-lit, but is NOT fully backlit. It has 3 modes; not backlit at all, only the WASD and 4 arrow keys back-lit, or the left side of the keyboard, Esc -> F4, 1-5, q-r, a-f, and z-c plus the 4 arrow keys back-lit. If you're looking for fully backlit, this isn't the keyboard for you. I'm very happy with the keyboard, but don't use the back-lighting myself.

Question 2

My keyboard came in today and works perfectly fine but does anyone else have an issue with the breathing backlight mode? It only works with the WASD and arrow keys and not with the extended gaming keys lights as advertised. Does anyone have a fix?

When in function mode (press the FN key with the lock on it if it's not lit), use the F4 key (Mode) to cycle through the different modes of backlighting. It'll cycle through WASD, extended, and dimmed extended.

Can anyone explain the difference between this and the QuickFire XT?

The XT is a "slim profile" keyboard and comes with a PS/2 adapter.  The Pro doesn't include the PS/2 adapter.  The XT also does not have the backlighting on the keys and doesn't have some of the logo engraving that the Pro has.  6 extra keys are included with the XT that are not included with the Pro.  While attached via PS/2, the XT has an adjustable command rate N-Key rollover (NKRO).  The Pro has NKRO, but there are no references to it having any adjustment available.
