can it light up orange?

Red, Green, Dark Blue, Light Blue, Purple, Clear/White and Yellow. No Orange to my knowledge, I had mine a short time before upgrading it and donating this one. The mouse is descent the keyboard not so much. I recommend the corsair K55 keyboard for a non mechanical, key press feels good. However it doesn't light up orange either.

How can i make my mouse alternate colors like my keyboard ?

You literally click the gear shaped button behind the scroll wheel until you reach your desired color. If you aren't getting any change in color on your mouse, one of two obvious things come to mind.

1) Is your mouse plugged into your computer and getting power?

2) If you do have power to your mouse and it is functioning correctly on your computer, but not allowing the change of color function.. You probably have a defective mouse.

There really isn't any other troubleshooting that can be done without tearing the mouse open and trying to fix yourself, which i wouldn't recommend doing.

no, I've have two of these keyboards and I have Razor keyboard. Compared to the Razor keyboard, its quieter and for the price it's not bad. I've had the one for two years and still works great and so does the mouse

I see it says "Adjustable DPI up to 2400 ", is there a button or something on the mouse that does this?

There is a button in the middle of the mouse that changes the color settings on the mouse. While holding down that button, you press one of the side thumb buttons to increase the DPI and press the other thiumb button to decrease the DPI. Hope this helps.

why is this so cheap to the other ones?

not sure, but they're great quality.  ive had the previous model, Devastator 2, going on 4-5 years now.  still works perfect.  i have this one on another computer for 1 year and also perfect.

can you hook this up to a xbox?

I can't say for certain. But I use it with a PS4 perfectly fine myself. So as long as you're got USB ports open you should be good.
