If you have an ITX motherboard and an air cooler that’s less than 155 mm tall, you’re good to go. I’ve built several ITX rigs with this motherboard and water cooling just isn’t an option. Either go with the stock cooler or the Peerless Assassin series. This case is really designed for 65, 85 or 105 watt TDP processors. Anything more and you run into power supply and cooling issues.

Any SFX or SFX-L power supply will fit. A regular ATX power supply will NOT fit. The Silverstone SFX power supplies that Newegg sells are an excellent brand/fit/value for this case. I have built three machines using this case and the 500 watt model fits perfectly with the components I’ve had to work with.
