Pros: - gigantic
- many, many options for how to cool your system
Building in this case was a dream. Very easy to work in, and you're completely unrestricted - whatever you want to do, this case can handle it.
(and look amazing while doing it!)
Cons: no real cons
- would be a NICE change if you could put in/remove the hard drive cages without needing to pull off the front fans to get at the screw.
Not really an issue, it's 2 minutes of your life. Great case!
Pros: Even I knew it's a huge case, I'm still surprised how huge it is after I received it. The size makes it easier to work. I could easily put my ASRock X399 Professional Gaming in it. Noctua's NH-U14S TR4 fan fits nicely too. Since I don't need drive cage, I removed it. And that gives extra space. I feel it will fit any long graphics cards and AIO water cooling systems in the market.
Cons: The case fans seem not as quiet as I expected. I'm ordering a few Noctua 120mm fans to replace the existing ones.
The build material feels a bit cheap. I'd expect more solid build material for the price.
The motherboard standoffs are very hard to take out. Had to use a plier.
The manual doesn't seem correct about how to remove the drive cage. There are hidden screws behind front case fans which are not mentioned.
Overall Review: OnTrac failed to deliver the case for 2 days while their tracking info said they would deliver it. Newegg, please push OnTrac for better service. If they couldn't promise to deliver it, don't say they'd deliver it. The case is the last piece for my build. I wasted a lot time waiting at home for it.
Pros: Best case I ever used. Has a lot of space and easy to work with. Seems to be well made but there are of course, some plastic parts which may put off some people. The motherboard standoffs come pre-installed which was really nice. One time, I had one fall out and it was a pain removing this.
Cons: I didn't like the placement of the SSD bays in the back. And also the pass through holes were sometimes oddly placed. Finally, the screw holes for the PSU didn't really line up that great for my particular unit (Supernova T2). But I managed to get it in.
But these are amazingly minor nit picks and nothing to take and egg off.
Pros: has 3 air flow fans. has dust filters that are great and easy to clean. it has more then enough room to work in. the 3 speed controller is ok. Great cable management.
Cons: when I bought this case it was to go with my EK Predator 360 AIO water cooler. well it barely fits in the top. The 5 and quarter drive bays are in the way. you can side the rad into the bay but what a pain . You can't stand it up the front either because the rad is to long. you would have to remove the drive bays to do it. The drive bay is not removable, not without some modding.
Overall Review: The fit of the doors leaves a lot to be desired. It has been a real let down so far. I really expected better from this case for what I paid for.
Pros: Gorgeous case. This was the first build I did involving a full tower case, and wow is this case a full tower. It is extremely spacious and definitely provides plenty of room for any future additions I would add in the years to come.
The built in fan controller is amazing. it has 5 connections built into it, but I
went and bought a few 3 dollar fan splitters and wired all 9 of the case fans together. Having the ability to control all of the case fans with the built in controller is amazing.
The ability to adjust the placement of the rear exhaust fan is a nice touch.
Even with everything in the case there is plenty of room for tidy cable management.
The start/stop button on the case is an extremely nice addition to power down your rig.
Really well designed case for anyone who is looking for a great case for now, and also having the desire to grow into it over the coming years.
Cons: Very few small complaints
As mentioned in other reviews the fan controller always auto starting on high is annoying, but just hit the fan controller button when you boot up and thats a simple fix
There is no rubber grommet directly next to the psu housing at bottom of the case.
I chose to go with all blue led fans. So mine has the 9 case fans, 2 heat sink fans, and power supply fans all blue, I wish there was a way to deactivate the built in leds on the top control panel and also the red led directly under the front panel and above the odd bays.
Pros: All the room you could ever need. This case is HUGE!!! All of the easy pop off dust filters are great, the side window is nice and big to show off your gear inside, room to stuff as many fans or radiators as anyone could possible need, and the design is just flat out eye-catching.
Cons: Shipping: This package was shipped just like it had been brought off the store shelf. The package was left on my door step while I was at work and the fact that the box has a giant picture of a computer on it makes it a GIANT target for thieves. The two carry handles on the sides were open and rain could have easily gotten inside the box or someone could stick there hand in there. I personally would like to see the factory box shipped inside of a more discrete plain box for security reasons.
Pros: This is one of the best cases i had so far. Great watercooling capabilities, great quality, great design, great everything!
Cons: Not a con but would have been nice to put graphics card vertically to see the face of it
Pros: WARNING! IN DEPTH!
This is a beautiful case. The pictures don't do it justice. I was originally going to get the 600t in white for my build but then I found out about this case. So glad I got this case instead of the 600t. It is so beautiful.
This case can carry almost any of the hardware on the market. It can hold up to an XL ATX motherboard and makes ATX boards look a bit small.
The cable management on this case is mostly good. It has lots of room in the back for those big fat individually sleeved cables and lots of grommets in their rightful places. the angled peices on the top and bottom are great for concealing cables and those built in fan controller cables that you probably won't use. The place I found cable management lacking was the top, although not as much as other people say it is. There isn't just one hole at the front. I found a hole at the very back of the case near the CPU power cable hole. It is big enough to run about two fan cables through and gives great access for the cpu fan headers.
The radiator space in the case is awesome. 2 360s, a 140 and a 120 at the bottom can all be fit in the case at the same time. Wow! If you instead put a 240 in the front, you can fit a 240 in the bottom given you don't have an extremely long psu.
SSD trays! awesome way to display all those beautiful ssds! 3 bays are available and they fit 7mm as well as 9.5mm drives.
Almost perfect cable management (see cons)
Awesome rad options
Probably more but this review would be sooo long if I wrote every single pro and con and went into every little detail of the case.
Cons: The cable management is almost perfect. It would have been nice to have an obvious cable management hole near the front, back and near the middle by the vertical grommets. I also wish there was a grommet at the main cable hole by the psu to hide all of them cables.
The drive cages are a tad flimsy, but I use all SSDs so I just removed them in favor of the awesome 2.5" drive caddys in the front.
Fan controller is a bit lacking and doesn't remember fan setting. Would have rather not had it.
Isn't able to clean the abode.
