What's the leftmost button at the very top of the keyboard for? I notice the RGB version doesn't have it.

The small round button most left on the right side top is to turn on programed lighted keys only that you have programed to light up for certain keys. Say I want just the keys lighted that are used in a certain game only, after programing them this will turn  on and off those keys.

Does this come with a mouse ? If not what would you recommend ?

It does not come with a mouse.

In terms of recommendations, it depends on what you're buying it for.  If you're looking for equipment for a gaming computer, then I can say that Razer makes fairly good mice, and I love the Corsair keyboard I have.

If all you need is a keyboard and mouse for more general purposes, then there are quite a few sets available on newegg, but unfortunately, I can't give any solid recommendations for good keyboard/mouse packages.

Is there going to be an anodized black Blue LED with Cherry MX Blues switches?
