can i customize all the colors of the keys with the back lights?

Yes you can there are a lot more functions then just that. Ripple effect and wave it's a crazy keyboard look up some videos on setting it up its crazy what you can do with this keyboard

Question 2

After only two months, several of my more heavily used keys have begun sticking (not springing back up when pressed). Is there a cleaning process or something I can do to reverse this, or should I be looking into warranty claims?

Unlikely to be a warranty issue. These keyboards are tough.

If it's multiple keys, especially if they're close together, then something probably got spilled on your keyboard. Use compressed air (e.g. Dust-Off or something similar) and blow out the crud that may have accumulated under there.

If that doesn't work, the keyboard can be cleaned. YouTube video "How to Clean a Mechanical Keyboard".

Question 3

I noticed in this picture compared to the Red K70 that the RGB doesnt have a USC port at the top but the RED does. Is it just the picture or is there a port at the top of the keyboard?

There are no ports on this keyboard. I believe what you are seeing in the picture is a switch that allows the keyboard to operate with older/different BIOS versions.

Does this also include the hand rest?

Yes this includes the corsair Palm rest. I am not the biggest fan of it as I rest my hand at a weird angle and my desk is positioned at a weird height. I use a foam palm rest as it feels more comfortable.

Question 5

Does this keyboard come with the Corsair Gaming logo or the Sails logo? I can see the Corsair Gaming one but it isn't clear what is accurate.

This is the corsair gaming logo the slightly older model. The new update logo I believe the new one is labeled the corsair vengeance k70 rgb. Hope that helps.

Question 6

Is the software for this worse than Razer Synapse?

I have had some bad issues with Synapse including cloud mis-sync errors, profile resetting, and hotkeys not working or being saved correctly. The worst is after waking the computer from sleep, the software glitches and continuously holds down the Enter key until you unplug the keyboard.

Are people experiencing the same kinds of issues? Terrible software can bring the best product to its knees.

I've never used the Synapse software, but I think the Corsair team did an excellent job with their proprietary program. In the instances it doesn't work, a simple reboot of the program/unplug of the keyboard fixes it. Also, when the software does crash, the keyboard reverts to factory settings--leaving you a fully functional--albeit barebones--mechanical keyboard.

All told, their lighting and macro software is pretty awesome--at least from what I've been able to do thus far.

How long is the power cord?

What does the keyboard need two USB plugs for?

Power.  You can power the keyboard through:
2 USB 2.0 ports
OR
1 USB 3.0 port

The plug with the icon of a keyboard (not the one with the arrows) will power the keyboard through USB 3.0 port.

Is there something wrong with the RGB blue switches? They are so hard to find?

i have owned both red and blue switch keyboards.

If you do a ton of typing, the blue switches are awesome. however they are quite loud.

the red switches are nice, they are much quieter then the blue switches. the thing i love about the red switches is you dont need to do a full key press. Once you get use to this fact, in gaming you will notice a difference :)

Why is this not available with the Blue keys?

You would have to ask the manufacturer, but historically red switches are the most popular for gaming keyboards.
