hello,

i notice that this product indicates that the color is black. my brother printer mfc-9325cw is a 4-color printer. is this what i should order as a replacement drum unit, even though it says only black?

The 4 piece drum set is the tray that each of the toner cartridges are set into.  Each one has a sticker to color coordinate for the color of toner used in each.  I recommend that if you are replacing one drum to replace all drums at the same time.

It sounds like the one your looking at is the drum for the black cartridge.  If your looking at the 4 piece drum set, then it will have all four drums in it.  That is the one I bought.

I have a Brother 9125CN and refers to TN210 Series for toners. Is this DR210CL the correct Drum Unit set? 9125CN is not listed on this box but the image of the drums appear to be correct.

The box of the drum kit we have lists your model printer on it. I'm not sure why yours does not. It should work. We have the HL3040.

I have changed the drum set and the printer still shows that the drums needs to be replaced how can I fix that?

There are codes you can enter to reset drum and toner counts. Without knowing exactly which model you have, just G00gle the model number and "drum reset" and you will get your answer. Some codes are trickier than others, but I've used them on both a 9320-CDW and 9330-CDW.

You can do the same thing with the toner cartridges, which helps you get a little extra life out of them. They come up as "empty" after they print so many pages, but the reality is they usually have something left in them. Good luck!

I have a Brother 9325CW printer, the book shows DR210CL as the replace part # for the drums, but this model number does not show up on the outside of this box - are these drums compatible for my 9325CW?

The DR-210CL is for a color printer which will not work with the MFC-7860DW which is a monochrome machine.  You will need the DR-420 to match the TN-420 toner cartridges.
