Is this toner a brand new one or remanufactured?

Brand new toner, HP brand. I have bought a lot of laser toner cartridges from Newegg, for HP and for Brother printers. Always have been new, brand name cartridges. Never had a problem.

Is this product new genuine OEM?

Yes it is. Factory box, factory wrapping, factory cartridge. You can walk into a big box store and find the same item (at a higher list price).

Contains both new and refurbished parts. Mine works great (bought over a year ago)

Is this a new or re-furbished/re-filled product?

These are new cartridges, HP brand. I have used probably 10 of these in my business over the last year. Have 3 printers that use this same cartridge and have had good results from all of the cartridges. I don't really keep track of the page count from any cartridge so cannot testify to the accuracy of the estimated page capabilities.

Is the HP 15A toner brand new or recycled?

The toner cartridge is brand new and excellent deep black printing
