Is it easy to install this maintenance kit or it has to be done by a technician?

On the P4014 it is very easy. Just follow the directions

Can anyone tell me whether this is an actual HP OEM product? I'm having issues with sellers selling their maintenance kits and advertising them as genuine HP. These are inferior products that cause me many headaches. Thanks!

I just opened these 10/18/2017 and they are NOT genuine HP kits. I am disappointed also and will need to return them. Newegg item number: 9SIA1E55BF3561 sold by USA printer company. The picture is misleading, as they show a box with HP logo, but what arrived has no logo. Also, the listing does not say Refurbished, and it should.
