It does not; that's a separate accessory that can be a little hard to find sometimes. It's this: IN-WIN SK34-02.H 3-in-4 2.5"/3.5" SAS/SATA III Storage Kit, 12G Backplane Module For that to work you would need a RAID controller and an appropriate SFF-8643 to plug into it.
