Does it fit with iphone 6??

Yes, it does. But it will not work for phone calls, since these headphones do not have a mic. They are great for music though! I would recommend them, especially if they are on sale for $27!

Does it fits with iphone 6?

I've been using them with my Samsung tablet, but I've plugges them into my wife's iPhone 6 and they fit perfectly, even with a protective case on the phone. The headphones sound and fit great so far.

What is Open box, is it a defective item or the one returned form customer?

Open Box means either NewEgg used it (for photos, to evaluate, etc) or, most often, a customer sent it back, but it works. For complicated products, people often send them back if they can't figure out how to use it. For these, someone might send them back if they thought they worked to make phone calls (they don't, for any phone). Or if they didn't like them for any reason. Open box products may not include every little thing that was in the original box.
