Question 1

1. What is the speed of this like? Can it easily handle hours of daily use doing general tasks such as multiple tabs, Word, minor gaming, and video streaming?
2. Does this get hot/does the fan kick on a lot? If so, is the fan noisy?
2. If I were to get Geek Squad to replace the RAM and SSD, would the warranty be voided?

1. The speed is pretty fantastic on this laptop. Not only can it handle several windows worth of 20+ tabs, I also use it for light video games.

2. I've had this laptop for maybe two weeks now. I had to return an HP laptop because of the noisy fan. This laptop is comparatively much quieter. You can hear when the fan kicks on, but it's not a sound that's distracting to my work.

2. IDK about that, but to be on the safe side maybe just order the RAM and SSD you want?

**You didn't ask this, but yes the right shift key is smaller and it is very annoying. This is the only downside to the laptop. Additionally, you need to click with two fingers for the 'right click' function. Those are two things that too me a lot of time to figure out, so hopefully if you get this laptop, that will have saved you some time. Cheers!

Question 2

According to the Lenovo website, it is not possible to get a 14" screen with an i7 processor. Why is this advertised as such? Apparently the only versions of this laptop with i7 processors are the 15" models. Could someone please clarify this?
