Question 1

Is this the LG BH5140S?  I've done a web search and that is the closest i can find.  If so, it should have an Optical audio input, correct? (An optical audio input is not listed in the description.) Does the package include the optical audio or HDMI cable?

It is the BH5140S. Didn't come with the optical cable, but does have the optical in. I don't recall if it came with a HDMI. I believe this is a refurbished unit, your mileage may vary.

The best way to confirm specs is actually by checking the manufacturer's website (that's where we get them).
