I may have missed in other reviews but wondering if I would be able to fit a low profile graphics card in this case? Thanks

Hey John H, No you will not be able to put a graphics card in the case because there is no slot for it in the back. I've seen some mods where they cut it out of the case to fit a low profile but that may be too much for you. Try a AMD APU for some gaming if you need it otherwise this case really is for just HTPC / web browser.

Does the front panel USB 3.0 connecters have to be fed through the back and connected to the rear external IO? One review said this, but also suggested that later versions of this case fixed it.

I ordered my PC-Q12B 2/19/2014 and the USB3.0 front panel connects to the USB3.0 header on the motherboard, it does not need to be fed through the rear like the older version.

Can you remove the stand to lay it horizontally?

Yes, it comes with some stick-on feet for that exact purpose.

Is the case thick enough to accommodate the stock AMD CPU/ APU cooler?

Yes. I have the A10-7850K in mine with the stock cooler and there is still room to spare.
