Item comes with a 3 feet cord, with USB to proprietary plug connectors, for charging the batteries on unit (proprietary plug connects to headset to charge). You will need to use a USB port or a wall USB charger to get the power to cord (such as the ones for phones, MP3 players, or GPS units)

How do these work with the Google nexus 7 (2013)?

Well it works perfectly with my samsung galaxy s4 I like the tone the base and sound and the functions there earphones provied I conect then to my phone by turning off the earphones by holding the multi function button then hold the button to turn on till the led light flashes blue then set ur nexus 7 to discoverable mode then scan for devices then look for BT-300 then just simply connect to it then when its connected the led on the earphones flash green if it works on my galaxy s4 it should work on ur nexus 7 hope it helps

Can you use these with television?

From the appearance of the headphones I have been using them with my Mac equipment, but one needs bluetooth in the system to
be able to listen with the headphones.
I would think it would work with the new TV's but they have to have bluetooth to syncronize them.
My Sony TV does not have bluetooth so cannot use it with the
TV.

By the way the music coming thru these headphones are incredible. Would recommend them.

Question 4

I just receive my headphone today, but I have trouble to pair it with window 7 laptop. I have no problem to pair with my phone. Any solution?

I had syncing issues with my PC too but then i read the instructinons again and realized that I missed a step.  You will need to set you preferences in blue tooth in the control panel. I did that and the headphones work great now.
