Is the sound quality what you expected? How far are you able to pick up a signal?

The sound quality for music and audiobooks is much better than I expected. I get really good quality sound (especially the bass) from this headset. The voice quality it transmits for phone conversations is a little muffled, but better than many BT earpieces. (That is people note it sounds as if I am talking through a bit of cloth). I can walk about 15 to 20 feet away from my Samsung Galaxy S5 before I start to hear occassional drop out. I can get as far as 30 feet away before it drops completely. It more than meets my needs. I highly recommend this headset.

If using with a Bluetooth TV is there a delay between audio and video?

It's strange that you should ask that.  I have noticed an occasional delay while watching a music video on my notebook.  Maybe call it buffering.  At first I thought that it might be the video.  But I tried a wired headset, and it confirmed that it does have an occasional hicup with the sound.

Will these headphones work with the sound system in the new General Motors Car Stereo Systems?

Yes they will as long as your car has Bluetooth system and you pair these with your car Bluetooth system.

I wondering this headset model, the title said it's Matrix AF62, but in the overview said that it's Matrix2 AF62. which one is correct?

I noticed that they are different, Matrix is Bluetooth 3.0, Matrix2 is Bluetooth 4.0
