Why is my power bank providing fewer charges than expected?
During power conversion, 30% to 45% of energy is lost due to battery efficiency and circuitry, so the 5,000mAh Nobis power bank provides 3,500mAh of usable power.
How long does it take to fully charge the power bank?
The charging time depends on whether the charger and cable meet the power bank's requirements. With a 20W fast charger, it takes approximately 1.5 hours to fully charge.
Do I need to manually power on or off the portable charger?
No manual operation is needed. Our portable chargers automatically detect device connection and disconnection, starting charging within seconds and stopping automatically when the device is removed.
Can my phone be charged magnetically normally even with a case?
Only magnetic phone cases support wireless magnetic charging. Non-magnetic cases are not compatible, but you can use the included magnetic ring to enhance magnetism for charging.
Why does the magnetic charging get extra hot?
Magnetic wireless charging generates more heat due to energy losses, worsened by misalignment, thick cases, and high temperatures. Align properly, use a compatible case or ring, avoid heat, and pause if overheating.
In this fast-paced world, low battery always catches you off guard. We know every unexpected power loss can mean a missed call, lost photo, or forgotten moment—so NOBIS was born.
We never stop improving—from cell tech and safety to battery life and user experience. Every upgrade brings more ease and less worry. Whether at work, in the wild, or in daily life, NOBIS is always there with reliable power.
