Why won't the power bank recharge after being fully drained?
After heawy use, the battery cells may be too wam. Recharging wil resume once the temperature drops to a safe level, protecting the battery lifespan.
How can you troubleshoot when facing the issue?
1. Check the connection between the power bank and your device.
2. Clean the device port; dirt may prevent charging.
3. Try testing with another data cable or a different device.
4. If the issue persists, please record a fault video and contact us.
Why does it take much longer than 2 hours to fully charge this power bank with my current charger?
2-hr fast charge needs =45W PD charger (e.g., 45W/65W or higher) & 45W (3A) cable. Lower wattage (18W/30W) limits input, extending charge time. For 2-hr full charge, please use =45W PD charger & compatible cable.
