Does it have a bluetooth function at all? I did not see it in the feature set.

As far as I can tell, no bluetooth. It has a microphone. Sound quality is pretty good altough bass is a little weaker than cheaper headphones and earbuds I have owned.

Description says "Circumaural over-the-ear", but the picture looks like Supra-aural on-the-ear...  Do these have cups that surround the ear or not?  If not the description is wrong...

They are supra-aural on-the-ear.... It does not have cups that surround your ear.

Do I need to buy anything for the mic to work with a PC? Also, would this be good for gaming?

Most likely Yes, the head phones have a mic but the output is a single jack, you will need something like that in the link below.
