Would this work for Skype?  There is no microphone listed in the specs, so i am not sure if it even works with cell phones.

I don't know about skype, but it should......  I use mine with my lg G4 phone to listen to music and make phone calls, My daughter uses hers for watching netflix on her laptop. It does have a microphone in it.

I WANT TO KNOW IF I CAN USE THESE ON MY TOSHIBA L655D-S5050 LAPTOP TO WATCH MOVIES?

I do not think so. They do work fine with MP3 players and phones.

Bottom line is that you may be able to make it work.

Can I listen to my Samsung Smart TV with these, without any additional devices?

The best way to confirm specs is actually by checking the manufacturer's website (that's where we get them).
