Mono change to Stereo Mode:
Way 1:
Put the headphones back in the charging case, then take them out of the case and reconnect

Way 2-Reset the headphones:
a. Put them into a charging case, and will show the charging state
b. Simultaneously Press and Hold 5 Seconds on 2 earbuds on the case, the red and blue lights flash alternately to reset the headphones.
c. Forget the bluetooth choice of 'W10' with the last connected deviced.
d. Remove them from the case and search for "W10" on your Bluetooth device.
