Is there room on that back wall for 2 1/2" drives if i use a Matx board, those holes are for something?  And are there any holes/vents or on the floor ??

Andrew, If you remove the side panel without the window...up near the front is 2 spots with 4 screw holes for SSD's or 2.5 inch drives. Plenty of room underneath this case. Your power supply sucks cool air from underneath the case. plenty venting.

Does this have an optical drive?

This is just the ATX case with mounting hardware. No Optical Drives, Hard Drives, or other parts included. There is space for 2 Optical Drives but no actual drives included.

Question 3

Does it come with the blue LED strips shown in the picture, or is that just the demo build? Plan to buy either way, just curious.

No LED strips with the one I rec'd. The 140mm fan in the front has blue LED light. It's a good case, plenty of room, stays cool. I'm not a gamer, but my kids like the window - the GPU, CPU cooler, and motherboard I bought all have logo illumination or LED lights, which you wouldn't be able to see without the window.

Question 4

1) What connections do the case fans use? Molex or can I connect it directly to my motherboard sysfan connections?

2) For the PCI metal covers have to be bent off or am I able to put them back on after taking it off?

the case fans have both types of connector fitting - will connect to either molex or motherboard type connectors.

The 2.5 " and 3.5" bays are removable and provide mounting points for drives. they come on/off with a single screw.

PCI slot covers are removable with single screw and they can go on/off with just one screw.

Yes, I was able to fit my GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 in there with no problems, and your ASUS M4A78 T-E board is the same dimensions as my board, 12.0" x 9.6".
