Will a stock CPU heat sink fit? (r5 3600 comes with a wraith stealth.) All the builds I've found use an AIO and I'm not sure if I need one if I don't plan on overclocking. But the fan would blow air directly onto the glass which seems unproductive.

According to Raijintek, this case supports up to 140mm CPU Cooler Height, and the Wraith cooler is well within that. The Wraith cooler also blows "down" onto the CPU, not "up" toward the glass, pulling in air from the top and sides. Since this case is open-air, there should be even more air available to the CPU cooler than in a standard box case, so you should have no issues.

Will this case fit an Asus Z490-E Motherboard?

matx only. it can be modified for atx (it has the surface are) but requires you to mark, drill, and tap new holes

Can this be inverted?

I don't see why not. It's just a piece of metal that you connect all your stuff to, and has a glass pane on the front. It would not matter which direction it's sitting as long as you don't have a weird watercooling setup, or block off access to the power switch

Nope, this fits only mini or micro ATX

Can you wall mount it?

No, it does not come with walk mounting brackets. I also have the thermaltake p3 and it does come with walk mounting brackets.
