Does it have LED lights ?

yes it does, but the lights are only green.

Question 2

after having it for only a few months and not actually setting up the computer for 1 month the keyboard's space bar is sticking and seems to be broken.  What is my next step?

I'd imagine that something, maybe soda, was spilled on it. I'll admit that it is rather tough to clean.  I did the same with my keyboard, but it was the CTRL, shift, enter and question mark keys.  I just kept battling through it and it stopped sticking.  Another time it happened was after i cleaned the keys off, but i just battled through that as well.  I have never taken it apart, but taking to account the amount of keys there are, it would be tedious.
